In the past two months, I have had the privilege of combining the worlds as part of a mentoring process in Ein Hod, in which veteran artists accompany young artists in creative processes. I accompanied an excellent artist - the wonderful Inbal Timor, an artist-mother, in a complex and exciting process that included focusing processes and dialogue in my clinic, support and learning skills in creating an inward connection to blocked and ambiguous places, finding clarity and understanding for the contexts of life and creation, joint observation in her studio of the works in the making, conversations and brainstorming about artistic expression, compositions, materials, intuitive text, symbolism, colors and various elements. It was a deep journey into the ancient parts of Inbal and the constantly renewing parts of her, to which her soul seeks to understand and express the birth of a new work. ———————- I was blessed with significant connections and understood that when the artist and the therapist in me meet, such a wonderful combination is created: focusing In the service of artistic creation! ------------------------------------ Inbal Timor is also an initiator and co-producer of the project with Dana Tal.
